Indian Air Force, Technical Branch in the following courses + jobs Invites applications from bright young engineers to join the IAF.

1. Technical Branch: Essential Qualification: One who Qualified / Final Year Engineering Students or passed may apply. 77th Aeronautical Engineers Course (AEC) Men & 49th Short Service Commission Course (SSC) Men and Women – Course commencing July 2010. Age Limit: Between 18 to 28 years born between 02 July 1982 and 01 July 1992 for AEC/SSC. Scale of Pay: Flying officer pay & allowances Rs. 15600 to 39100 per month.
2. AEC – Elctronics : Essential Qualification: Be/B.Tech. in Electronics/ Telecom/ Electrical/ Electrical Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Instrumentation/ Computer Science & Engineering or a combination of these subjects. OR Diploma in Electronics of Madras Institute of Technology OR B.Tech. in Radio Physics and Electronics/ Optics and Opto Electronics OR M.Sc.Degree in Physics (with Electronics) / Electronics/ Computer Science/ Computer application / MCA with Maths. Physics and Electronics and Radio Engineering with 60% & above. Age Limit: Between 18 to 28 years born between 02 July 1982 and 01 July 1992 for AEC/SSC. Scale of Pay: AEC – Elctronics pay & allowances Rs. 15600 to 39100 per month.
3. AEC – Mechanical : Essential Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech. in Aeronautical/ Mechanical / Production/ Industrial Production or a combination of these subjects. Age Limit: Between 18 to 28 years born between 02 July 1982 and 01 July 1992 for AEC/SSC. Scale of Pay: AEC – Mechanical pay & allowances Rs. 15600 to 39100 per month.
