The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will hold an open competitive Computer Based Examination 2019 for Recruitment of Government Jobs (Sarkari Naukri) Vacancy of Sub-Inspectors (SI) in Delhi Police, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs -  viz. Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB)) and Assistant Sub Inspectors (ASI) in CISF, in the month of December 2019  (from 11/12/2019  to  13/12/2019). Therefore, SSC invites online applications on prescribed format for the Sub-Inspectors in CAPF and Delhi Police. 

About SSC


Staff Selection Commission (SSC) do recruitment for Class-III and Class-II staff vacancy in Central Government departments and organisations. It has headquartered in Delhi.  Staff Selection Commission works under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions,  Government of India as an autonomous organisation.

The fact that bulk of the staff of the Government at the Centre and in the States belonged to Class III and Class IV categories, Staff Selection Commission has given responsibility  to make recruitment to various Class III (now Group “C”) (non-technical) posts in the various Ministries/Departments of the Govt. of India and in Subordinate Offices.   2. Border Security Force (BSF)
  3. Central Industrial Security Force (CISF)
  4. Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF)
  5. Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP)

  • Sub-Inspector (Executive) (Male/Female) in Delhi Police, :  Vacancies classified as Group-C and will be intimated later,  Pay Scale : Level-6 Rs. 35400-112400/- of 7th CPC pay index, Age : 20-25 years as on 01/01/2020
