- Senior Officer (Reservoir) : 06 vacancies (UR-03, OBC-01, ST-02)
- Senior Officer (Drilling) : 08 vacancies (UR-05, EWS-01, OBC-02)

Selection Process
The eligible and shortlisted candidates for the abovementioned posts will have to appear for
Written Test, Group Discussion (GD)/Group Task (GT) and Personal Interview.
Remuneration Package for Senior Officers in Oil India Limited
Selected candidates will be appointed under the ‘Scheme for Induction Level Engineers/Officers on Probation’. The candidates will be placed in Grade-B in the pay scale of Rs.60000-180000 (starting Basic Pay of Rs.60000). The selected candidates will have to serve a probationary period of one year and will be confirmed in writing after successful
completion of the same. The approximate total emoluments in Grade B at the minimum of scale will be around Rs.100000/-.
