The National Institute of Design (NID) is an autonomous premier institution set up by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, for design education, training, research and consultancy services in various disciplines of design.  The Institute invites applications from high caliber design educators/ professionals having relevant qualification & proven experience in the areas of design for the Faculty Positions at following levels :

Vacancies : 


  • Associate Senior Faculty in Pay Level-11 as per the 7th Central Pay Commission recommendations.
  • Faculty in  Pay Level-09 as per the 7th Central Pay Commission recommendations
  • Teaching/ Research Associates having maximum Age limit is 28 years. Selected candidates will be paid all-inclusive consolidated salary of Rs. 22000/- per month for first year and Rs. 25000/- per month for the second year.
