  • For Staff Nurse : Certificate as Registered Nurse and Midwife having passed three years course in General Nursing and Midwifery from a school of Nursing or other Institutions recognized by Indian Nursing Council or B Sc (Nursing).
  • For Lab Assistant : 12th (10 + 2 stage) with Science, plus diploma in Medical in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT).
  • For Radiographer : 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry and Diploma in Radiography / X-Ray Technician, Radiodiagnosis Technology (2 Years course) from recognized Institute. Science Graduate with Diploma in Radiography, X-Ray Technician, Radio diagnosis Technology.
  • Nationality : Indian
Age Limit : As on 01.01.2016
  • For Staff Nurse : 20 to 39 years
  • For Lab Assistant : 18 to 32 years
  • For Radiographer : 19 to 32 years
Age Relaxation :
