Human Resource Development (HRD) Manager
IDSA is looking for a professionally qualified Human Resource Development Manager to develop an HR plan for the Institute, to institutionalize its HR policies and practices and to undertake other HR related tasks including among others:
- Assessing capacity development needs of scholars and organizing development programmes.
- Establishing proper evaluation and feedback systems.
- Developing dynamic hiring practices.
- Developing network of scholars and experts in India and abroad.
- Maintaining appropriate databases of international scholars.
- Counselling research staff.
- Establishing appropriate Code of Conduct.
Candidates should have at least 5 years experience of work in an HR position with a Masters Degree or diploma in Business Administration/ Human Resource Development. Other strong academic qualifications suitable for this responsibility would also be acceptable.
HR Development Manager is a new position being created at IDSA and supported by lean staff reporting to Director General. Emoluments would be attractive and commensurate with responsibility. Residence at IDSA Campus can be provided. The position will be contractual.
