Applications are invited by Headquarters, Eastern Naval Command Naval Base, Visakhapatnam for the recruitment of Stenographer Grade-III, Store Keepers, Telephone Operators, Lower Division Clerk Civilian Motor Driver in the respective pay scale. Candidates having suitable qualifications for the post may send their application before the last date 30/11/2011. More details are below:
Total Vacancy: 428 Posts
1. Store Keeper
• Vacancy: 15 Posts
• Pay Scale: Rs.4000 to 6000
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any disciplines with one year store work experience or 10th with Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Diploma from a recognized institute with stores work experience of one year
• Age: 18 to 30 years as on 30/11/2011
2. Stenographer Grade III
• Vacancy: 58 Posts
• Pay Scale: Rs.4000 to 60000
• Qualifications: Matriculation from a recognized board with shorthand speed of 80 word per minutes in Hindi or English
• Age: 18 to 27 years as on 30/11/2011
3. Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
• Vacancy: 232 Posts
• Pay Scale: Rs.3050 to 4590
• Qualifications: Matriculation from recognized board with typing speed of 30 wpm in English and 25 wpm in Hindi
• Age: 18 to 27 years as on 30/11/2011
4. Telephone Operator Grade-II
• Vacancy: 11 Posts
• Pay Scale: Rs.3200 to 4900
• Qualifications: Matriculation with English as compulsory subject
• Age: 18 to 25 years as on 30/11/2011
5. Civilian Motor Driver (OG)
• Vacancy: 69 Posts
• Pay Scale: Rs.3050 to 4590
• Qualifications: Heavy Motor Vehicles Driving License with one years practical experience heavy motor vehicles driving
• Age: 18 to 25 years as on 30/11/2011
6. Cinema Projectionists Grade-II
• Vacancy: 01 Post
• Pay Scale: Rs.3050 to 4590
• Qualifications: Middle School level Pass with experience in relevant area
• Age: 18 to 25 years as on 30/11/2011
7. Fire Engine Driver Grade-II
• Vacancy: 41 Posts
• Pay Scale: Rs.3050 to 4590
• Qualifications: Middle school level Pass with 3 years experience in heavy vehicles driving with a valid driving license
• Age: 21 to 30 years
8. Lady Health Visitor:
• Vacancy: 01 Post
• Pay Scale: Rs.4500 to 7000
• Qualifications: Matriculation with special training after nurse midwifery diploma
• Age: 18 to 45 years as on 30/11/2011
Selection Procedure:
Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria and received their application by recruiting authority will be called for written exam and after that they will be called for interview. Only those candidates will be called for interview who qualify in the written test with minimum qualifying marks.
