Q. What is MAST Exam?
A. MAST stands for Management Aptitude and Skills Test. This test is conducted by AIMA (All India Management Association). MAST is the latest examination that opts for Management pass outs. Many B Schools are there which cannot provide good opportunities for its students. This test selects the best candidates and helps the recruiters to hire good candidates. This examination bridges a gap between the candidates and the recruiters.
Q. What is the Eligibility Criteria of MAST Exam?
A. The Eligibility Criteria required for MAST Exam are -
1. Final year students of MBA / PGDM are eligible.
2. Applicants should have minimum work experience of 0 – 3 years.
3. There is no age limit
Q. What is the Examination Pattern of MAST?
A. The test comprises of three sections –
1. Psychometric Assessment
2. General Aptitude
3. Domain Knowledge
a. All the three sections will constitute questions that will examine students' communication skills, critical thinking, cultural awareness, and personality traits and cross functional competence.
b. The exam will be conducted as a Computer Based Test (CBT)
c. The examination will have multiple choice questions
d. The MAST score card will be valid for one year after he issue of the results
