• Educational Qualification :
• For Operator-cum-Technician : Matriculation and 3 years full time Diploma in relevant discipline of Engineering only Metallurgy / Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil/ Electronics/ Chemical from Govt. recognized Institute.
• For Attendant-cum-Technician :  Matriculation and ITI (full time) in relevant trades only Fitter / Electrician / Welder from Govt. recognized Institute.
• For Medical Service Provider : B.Sc. in Paramedical Technology (Radiology) from Govt. recognized institute OR Degree in Pharmacy OR Bachelor Degree (full time) in Dietetics/ Food & Nutrition/ Clinical Nutrition from Govt. recognized Institute/ University.
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit : 28 years (as on 01.08.2014)

Selection Procedure : On the basis of their performance in the Written Examination they will be called for Interview.

• For OCT (Trainee) & Medical Service Provider (Trainee) : General / OBC Candidates have to pay Application & Processing Fee Rs. 250/- and Departmental candidate Pay Rs.50/- only processing fee.
• For Attendant-cum-Technician (Trainee) : General / OBC Candidates have to pay Application & Processing Fee Rs. 150/- and Departmental candidate Pay Rs.50/- only processing fee.
