Eligibility Criteria :

• Educational Qualification :
• For Deputy Manager : Graduates / Post Graduates in any discipline with diploma / degree in HR / Personnel Management. OR Post Graduates in Business Management or Chartered Accountants (CA).
• For Manager : Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognized by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of enrollment as an Advocate with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent.
• Nationality : Indian

Age Limit : Age as on August 1, 2014

• For Deputy Manager : OBC 30 years and SC/ST 32 years
• For Manager : OBC 33 years and SC/ST 35 years
