  • Clerk: 100 Posts
    • Educational Qualification as on 30.06.2011: Graduation in any discipline
    • Upper age limit:- 28 years as on 30.06.2011 Candidates born between 01.07.1983 to 30.06.1993 are only eligible Relaxation for SC/ST candidates: 5 years.
    • Emoluments: Selected candidates will be placed on probation for a period of six months. Bank reserves the right to extend the period of probation for any further period/s or to terminate the service even during the period of probation without any notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever. During the period of probation, they will be eligible for emoluments depending on the place of posting, applicable to clerical staff of the Bank. They will be placed on pay scale of Rs.7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200-1300/1-18500-800/1-19300. At the present rate of DA, starting total emoluments would be around Rs.14000/- pm.
  • Junior Management Officers.: 230 Posts
    • Educational Qualification as on 30.06.2011: 
      • Graduates in Science and Engineering 60%
      • Graduates in Arts, Commerce and others 55%
    • Upper age limit:- 28 years as on 30.06.2011: Candidates born between 01.07.1983 to 30.06.1993 are only eligible. (If the candidate is having banking experience of not less than 3 years, upper age limit is 30 years as on 30.06.2011.) Relaxation for SC/ST candidates: 5 years
    • Emoluments: Selected candidates will be placed on probation for a period of one year. Bank reserves the right to extend the period of probation for any further period/s or to terminate the service even during the period of probation without any notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever. During the period of probation, they will be eligible for emoluments on CTC basis, which works out to Rs.3.00 lakh to Rs.4.00 lakh per annum, depending on the place of posting. On successful completion of probation period they will be appointed as Junior Management Officer of the Bank. They will be under variable pay scheme depending on their performance.
