For the improvement and expansion of sustainable basic urban infrastructure and services in 31 Towns of Uttarakhand with financial aid of Asian Development Bank, an investment program Management Unit has been established to execute this program under the department of Urban Development GoU. The applications are invited for the following posts on contractual/ deputation basis:
- Benefit Monitoring and Evaluation Officer: 01 Post
- Pay: Rs. 31000/- per month
- Qualification: Master Degree in Economics Social Science with minimum 15 years experience in benefit monitoring and evaluation activities.
- Responsible for : guiding and supervision of works of Benefit Monitoring and evaluation activities.
- Training Coordinator: 01 Post
- Pay: Rs. 31000/- per month
- Qualification:Posts graduation with 15 years relevant experience in design and conducting training programs.
- Responsible for: Designing, organizing and coordination all sorts of training programs by internal & external agencies for capacity building of Project Management Unit, Project Implementation Unit and ULB's
- Urban Planner: 01 Post
- Pay: Rs. 26000/- Per month
- Qualification: Graduation in Civil Engineering with Post Graduation Diploma in Urban Planning with Minimum 10 years experience in Urban Planning
- Responsible for: Urban planning aspect of the sub projects ensuring all development schemes conform to the approved master plan. Assist & Guide in Preparation of base maps of the program towns and developing area improvement plans.
- Environmental Engineer: 01 Post
- Pay: Rs. 26000/- per month
- Qualification: Graduation in Civil Engineering Preferably with P.G. in Environmental Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in public health/ environmental engineering in the rank of Assistant Engineer or above.
- Responsible for : Implementation of the subprojects conforming to environmental safeguard norms and guidelines of Government of India and ADB and obtaining no objection certificate for schemes from relevant authority, Assist in designing all schemes environmentally acceptable. Assist conducting initial Environmental Examination (IEE) and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the subproject components.
- IEC Officer: 01 Post
- Pay: Rs. 26000/- per month.
- Qualification: Graduation with P.G. in mass communication/ with minimum 10 years experience in media/ mass communication activities.
- Responsible for: Planning, design, implementation and monitoring of all media information, public, education, participation and awareness building activities including preparation materials in connection with the program. Responsibility includes guiding and supervising works of public relation consultants and NGO's
- Terms:
- The Initial appointment will be made for a period of one year extendable based on performance, output and desired impact.
- The candidates applying for the posts must not be more than 50 years
