ON-LINE APPLICATION ARE INVITED FOR RECRUITMENT TO THE POSTS OF: INFORMATION AND CULTURAL OFFICER INFORMTAION, CULTURAL AFFAIRS & TOURISM DEPTT,GOVT. OF TRIPURA

Applications through on-line (Computerized) method are invited from the bonafide Indian citizen only for recruitment to the above mentioned post .

• No. of posts: 34 (thirty four) pmt. [ST-11, SC- 06 & UR-17 (PH-01- Blind or low Vision)] .
  
• Scale of pay: Pay Band-3 Rs.9570-30,000/- plus admissible allowances.(Grp.–C, Non Gazetted)
• Educational & other qualifications required:
  
• Essential :
  
• Degree from a recognized University. Preference will be given to the candidates having Graduate Degree in Mass Communication/Journalism or Graduate in any discipline with Mass Communication/Journalism as one of the subjects from any recognized University or Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication/Journalism from any recognized Institute.
• Knowledge of Culture & History of India with special emphasis on Tripura.
  
• Desirable :-
  
• Experience in Journalism or editorial work in any registered newspaper of any state.
  
• Experience in field of Publicity work.
  
• Knowledge of Kokborak language.
  
• Ability to participate in Group discussion/Group meeting/Public meeting etc.
• AGE :-18 to 37 years as on 14-08-2009. Relaxable by 5(five) years in case of ST/SC/PH candidates & Government Servants.
