The Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi has openings for following 90 faculty positions at the level of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor for its various Schools/ Centres and Special Centres in various areas of specialization as per the qualification of the UGC Regulations (Faculty Advt. No. RC/57/2017). Candidates with good academic record, teaching/research experience and working in related areas of research are encouraged to apply :

Faculty Positions

Professor : 24 posts in various subjects in the pay scale of ₹ 37400-6700 AGP ₹ 10000
Associate Professor : 27 posts in various subjects in the pay scale of ₹ 37400-6700 AGP ₹ 9000
Assistant Professor : 39 posts in various subjects in the pay scale of ₹ 15600-39100 AGP ₹ 6000

Application Fee

There is an application fee of Rs. 500/- from candidates belonging to General and OBC Category. There is no application fee for SC/ST/PWD and Women candidates.
