Special Examination for Recruitment of Sub-Inspectors in CPOs, 2010

The Staff Selection Commission will hold Special Examination for Recruitment of Sub-Inspector in CPOs, 2010 on Sunday the 12th December 2010. Posts of Assistant Sub-Inspector in CPOs to be filled through direct recruitment, if any, are also proposed to be filled through this examination.

• Sub-Inspector in CPOs: 2275 Posts
• Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Age: 20-25 years as on Last date of application. (Relxable as per govt. rules)
• Pay scale of Rs.9300-34800 in Pay Band 2 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/.
• Assistant Sub-Inspector in CPOs: (Vacancies for the posts of ASI will be taken into account if reported by the CPOs before the written exam.)
• Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Age: 20-25 years as on Last date of application. (Relxable as per govt. rules)
• Post carries pay scale of Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.2800/- and classified as Group `C‟.
• Last Date: 02.11.2010
