    • Possession of post graduate degree qualification mentioned for the concerned subject in part "A" of the annexure to the J&K Medical (Gazetted) Service Rectt, Rules 2006 with 2 years experience in the profession in a responsible position connected with specialty. OR 
    • Possession of post graduate diploma mentioned for the concerned subject in part "B" of annexure to the J&K Medical (Gazetted) Service Rectt. Rules 2006 with four (04) years experience in the profession in a responsible position connected with specialty.
  • Essential Qualification (EQ): -
    • Possession of Post Graduate qualification in Dentistry mentioned in part „A‟ of the Annexure to the J&K Medical (Gazetted) Service Rectt, Rules 2006 with three years experience in a responsible position connected with the specialty. OR
    • Possession of Post Graduate Diploma in Dentistry mentioned in part „B‟ of Annexure to the J&K Medical (Gazetted) Service Rectt, Rules 2006 with five years experience in the profession on a responsible position connected with the specialty.
